Participate in Sports League or Club
Regular and active participation in an organized sports league or group physical activity (i.e., racquet ball league, soccer league, bowling/ golf league, yoga Zumba classes, etc.). Participation, in this instance, is defined as regular attendance for a period of 6 consecutive weeks.
Online Fitness Tracking Program
Use a fitness app for at least 6 consecutive weeks. Programs could include Map My Ride, My Fitness Pal, JEFITt, etc.
Active Gym Membership
Be an active member of a fitness center for 6 consecutive weeks. Attach documentation to your attestation to show regular attendance.
