Engagement in an activity willingly and without pay for the benefit of others. There is no minimum amount of time that must be spent engaged in service to successfully meet completion requirement. Attendance and engagement in a minimum of one (1) in-person or on-line wellness related education class, course or program. InDeed WellnessTalks are available in your member portal and require the successful completion of a short quiz for credit.

Attendance and engagement in a minimum of two (2) Friday Bi-Weekly LifeWorks Wellbeing Webinars.

Moving
Moving
Regular and active participation in an organized sports league or physical group activity (i.e., racquet ball league, soccer league, bowling/ golf league, yoga or swimming classes, etc.). Participation, in this instance, is defined as regular attendance for a period of time and engagement in physical activities. If you are not sure if your group would qualify, contact Lisa Roberts in HR at (845) 673-7118 for clarification and/or more information.
Four (4) consecutive months of at least two (2) times per week of physical activity tracked via an online program, smartphone app or fitbit. If using fitbit or another pedometer tracker, average steps per month to equal 250,000. Programs could include Nike Run, My Fitness Pal, Fitbit, etc. If you are not sure if your program tracker would qualify, contact Lisa Roberts in HR at (845) 673-7118 for clarification and/or more information.
Participation in a physical activity to raise awareness and/or money for a cause. There is no minimum distance or time that must be completed to successfully meet completion requirement. Four (4) consecutive months of active gym membership (i.e., Gold’s Gym, Planet Fitness, YMCA, YWCA, etc.), regular attendance and engagement in physical activities at least two (2) times per week. Preventing
Preventing
