An important component to our mental and emotional health is our connection with other people. Those connections can help us empathize with others which helps us be more understanding and reduce conflict with others. Personal connections also help teach us about ourselves as our friends, family and coworkers all reflect their understanding of who we are presenting. Those reflections can be very helpful in raising our awareness of how we behave in different situation and even unlock why we do what we do. For all of these benefits, we recommend:

Connect with a supportive person each day.

A supportive person is an important element of this Daily Deed. That person should be someone who is willing to both listen and share on a daily basis. It may seem like a lot to ask but you will, in-turn, be providing the same support for them.
