From the moment we are born, we begin consuming something more energizing than caffeine, more nourishing than any food and more vital to our well being than anything else that enters our body. When we take a single breath, we start in motion an amazing process, energizing and fueling our bodies. And yet, many of us rarely think about how we breathe.
In our WellnessTalk, Breath of Health, presenter, Bret Johnson, will explain all of the amazing things that breath brings to our body. Attendees will be able to practice different ways of breathing. Through awareness of our breath, we can profoundly impact our intellectual, emotional and physical wellbeing.
