Communication plays a large role in the way we understand ourselves and relate to others. The way we communicate affects what we are able to receive and process from others and our perspective on the world around us.

In our WellnessTalk, A Taste of Mindfulness, Dr. Scott Treatman, D.O. will cover the foundation and benefits of living mindfully. This series of mindfulness talks will cover the art and science of incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives. This talk will also focus on applying mindfulness to day to day communications in our personal lives and at work. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice mindful communications with each other.
