We have great demands placed on us both at work and at home.  As caregivers in both the workplace and the home, we can neglect giving ourselves time and space to experience tranquility.  Stress, anxiety, triggers, self-limiting beliefs and past experiences all contribute to this.  


In our WellnessTalk, Tapping into Tranquility, Tammy Zumbo, LCSW, will explore the technique of acupressure tapping. By tapping lightly on specific points on the body called meridians, participants will be able to decrease the intensity level of emotions, experiences, and barriers. Participants will be encouraged to share the techniques they learn with others.
